Check-in was efficient and quick. The staff was helpful . The breakfast included a good variety of items. The hotel offered secure parking at a reasonable rate.

hot room lukewarm meal
the location was GOOD. the included breakfast had a fair selection.
the room was too hot, even with the air con on. i saw a sign asking guests not to set it below 15 degrees. the food in the evening was disappointing, my meal was served luke warm.

the staff was helpful. the rooms had space. i found a sofa and a table in the room, it was very useful. the bathroom includes shower gel.

Check-in staff was friendly. I found the foyer area to be clean.
The room was excessively hot. The windows did not open. The air conditioning unit merely circulated air and produced noise without actually cooling the space.

broken elevator faulty coffee machine
The elevator wasn't working. It stayed broken my entire stay. my room was on the third floor, and the stairs were quite a challenge for me. the coffee machine at breakfast also failed, and the juice machine was broken too. the vending machine only accepted cash, inconvenient.

The breakfast was amazing. There was a good variety of options. The shower was powerful. It was also very clean. Staff were amiable and helpful, they ensured I had everything I needed.
My room's air conditioning seemed inadequate. It struggled to cool the space EFFECTIVELY. I noticed some wear on the furniture in the room. the lift was quite slow.
